Cellulite oil is usually a cosmetic oil or serum marketed to make dimpled skin look smoother. The oil can make skin look shinier and feel softer, which can create a short-term improvement in appearance.
What it usually does not do is remove the structural causes of cellulite, which are related to fat, connective tissue, and skin architecture. So any effect is mostly surface-level.
If a product helps you moisturize and you like how it feels, fine. Just do not expect a bottle of oil to rewrite skin anatomy.
