The evidence for Apollo 11 is public and physical. NASA has mission records, transcripts, photos, telemetry, and the Moon rocks brought back by the astronauts. The landing site itself was later photographed from orbit by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter.
The “against” side mostly depends on claims that do not survive basic checks: why the flag moved, why stars are missing in photos, why shadows look odd, or how the spacecraft got through the Van Allen belts. Those claims all have mundane explanations, and none of them undo the actual evidence.
The strongest answer is boring but solid: humans really did land on the Moon, and the evidence is layered enough that no single photo or talking point is doing the heavy lifting.
