The fastest lane is usually the one you earn before you get to the airport. TSA PreCheck, when available to you, is the biggest time saver because it cuts down on the shoe-removal and laptop shuffle that slows everything else down.
Even without PreCheck, you can move faster by packing liquids correctly, keeping electronics easy to reach, and wearing shoes and clothes that do not create a whole side quest at the checkpoint. Empty your pockets before you get to the bin.
The real trick is to show up prepared, not to sprint through the line. Security goes quicker when your bag is arranged for inspection and your brain is not trying to remember where your phone is.
